LOGISTICS on YOUR LIVE STUDIO RECORDING

Aren’t you excited to be our feature performer on our TV show – “Silicon Valley’s Got Talent? Our TV show reaches ~3 Million Bay Are viewers – how exciting eh? I warn you – brace yourself, as talent scouts will come knocking and stalking sooner than you can say “Silicon Valley’s Got Talent”

As per our discussion – we have you down for August 18th between 10:45AM and 12:15pm @ KSAR Saratoga for your interview and live recording. You may receive a precise time slot, as we get closer to event day. Interview would be 5 to 10 minutes tops, followed by your live performance. Two of your best originals to showcase your wonderful talent perhaps. Would also love to have you bring a few other musicians with you for accompaniment. Between now and August 18th, you should have ample time to prep and be ready – rehearsing with your band of musicians, if you are planning for one.

Here is what I need from you:
- Confirm your availability for the live recording
- Names of all the performers
- Musical instruments that you / your band will be playing
- Your songs – are they Originals / Covers?
- Details of your songs. If original, when did you write it etc.

- Please send me a short bio, your interests and relevant and interesting items about yourself that would be useful to touch upon during our interview.
- Would love to have two songs (not just one)
- If you are looking for musicians for your live band, I can point out a couple for you.
- And I know all of you will dress up in all elegance for this studio recording.
No promises, but we are looking to lineup a professional sound engineer who will tweak the bells and whistles to make you sound even better.

We would need you to sign off on an agreement/waiver form, prior to your studio appearance. Details on that will be forthcoming. Here are directions – please plan to be there 20 minutes prior, as it is a tad difficult to find. http://www.ksar15.org/contact/

Let me know if you have any questions

And I know all of you will dress up in all elegance for this studio recording.

THanks RIshi
